This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Loss Prevention, and Technology, to drive process improvements and technology adoption to reduce damages and concession losses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep dive into key business performance metrics, identify gaps, and create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
  • Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
  • Cross-functional coordination and alignment.
  • Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program.
  • Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
