This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate admissions using our current move-in processes for new residents and respites, ensuring apartments are ready and set up for new admissions.
  • Support residents and families during internal transfers, when required, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Complete administrative duties, including updating resident registers, transfers, carpark allocations, and signage.
  • Ensure storerooms, including weekly stocktaking and grocery ordering, are maintained in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Be responsible for linen storeroom upkeep, coordinating weekly linen orders, rejections, and stocktakes.
  • Deliver high-quality service delivery to our residents and their families.
  • Submit monthly reports on key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the Village as requested, supporting staff and residents alike.
  • Contribute to the independent Lifestyle and Activities Program, supporting the development of engaging activities and events.
  • Support the Reception Concierge team as required, providing exceptional customer service and support.

About You:

  • Current Driver's Licence, with a clean driving record.
  • Sound knowledge of office support and administration principles, with at least 3 years' experience.
  • Experience in coordinating and evaluating group and individual programs.
  • Competent documentation and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of elderly residents and their lifestyles.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
