About Us
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in an entry-level food and beverage role on a part-time permanent night shift basis.
In this role, you will provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient time management and multitasking skills
- Maintaining strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
About You
You will bring the following:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work on permanent night and overnight shifts
- Effective communication with colleagues across different departments
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
To be successful, you must:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
