As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional healthcare services to remote communities. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications safely and accurately, evaluating patients' progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and communicating patient information clearly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent, is registered with AHPRA with no restrictions or conditions, and has minimum 2 years experience in the specialty area. They possess high level clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice skills, along with recognized postgraduate qualification in the specialty area.
