Business Development Growth Lead

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our business development efforts in Australia. As the Corporate Travel Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate travel across the country.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing commission transfer, and increasing profitability for Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your pipeline and activities to achieve revenue results, conversions, and victories.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating teams to foster professional growth and development.
- Overseeing the daily performance of teams, ensuring they meet weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Developing and implementing state business growth strategies, driving success and expansion.
- Engaging in project management and business planning to align efforts and optimize growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
