Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Lead to spearhead the success of our MM Salisbury business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure individual and team success.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities, making informed decisions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of business growth and leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
