Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in the University's Secretariat and Academic Registrar's Group, working closely with stakeholders to provide high-level advice.

Key Responsibilities:

The Executive Officer facilitates a critical role within the University Secretariat and Academic Registrar's Group (USARG), providing high-level advice informed by subject matter expertise to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Case managing and remediating National Student Ombudsman complaints, and complex, sensitive and high-risk student matters referred to the USARG.
  • Establishing and managing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading a small team to facilitate stakeholder requests.
  • Representing the Deputy Academic Registrar and Director, and the University Secretary and Academic Registrar at meetings and University forums.
