- Providing front counter duties such as reception services, answering visitor queries, and directing calls.
- Supporting managers with planning and logistics for meetings and catering, including typing minutes and other tasks.
- Performing administrative tasks like calendar management, travel bookings, event coordination, document control, internal communications, office supplies, mail distribution, and general housekeeping.
Required qualifications and skills include:
- A qualification in Business or a related field.
- Considerable experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
