Job Title: Site SuperintendentWe're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of a construction site, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.Job Description

As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing site logistics, workforce safety compliance, maintaining and updating project schedules, enforcing jobsite rules, and fostering professional client relationships. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site logistics, including supply chain management and labor scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, track progress, and report any deviations or issues
  • Enforce jobsite rules and ensure adherence to quality control processes
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field construction supervision
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • CPR/First-Aid certification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
