Junior Receptionist Administrator Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception area, including office administration, switchboard, stationery, and accounts payable tasks.
- Staff and Contractor inductions
- Contractor management (Ensuring insurances are current)
- Assisting with SHEQ and lease obligations
- Uniform and stationary orders
- IMS Database management
- Security system and access card administration
- Facility workplace inspections and resolving findings
- Assisting staff and visitors with facility requests
- Receiving, distributing, and sending mail
- First point of contact for customer phone enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and presentable kitchen and tea prep areas
- Liaising with vendors to organise maintenance
- Assisting with purchase orders
- Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are presentable
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Autonomy in their work
- Strong organisational skills
