About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to relate well to others. They will require excellent communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Maintaining files and documentation
- General typing and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensuring efficient operation of the front desk area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting tours
- Administrative support for other departments
About You:
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Able to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
- Experience working within a busy environment
- Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist
