About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Uniting Limited. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing high-quality care and education to children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks. You will also have the ability to lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children, in partnership with other educators, families, and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement programs that reflect cultural backgrounds and the emerging skills and interests of children
  • Implement daily routines and maintain records of development
  • Continuously reflect and improve children's learning
