Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-home aged care and NDIS services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional care. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of in-home aged care and NDIS services, supervising and supporting a team of care professionals, developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual client needs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background
  • Aged Care and NDIS experience is preferred
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, extensive leadership, and management experience
  • Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations
  • A valid Police Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Driver's Licence
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
