Your New Role

Come and lead our clinical and care delivery at St Luke's Green Aged Care, where we are driving quality of life improvements for our residents and their families.

You will collaborate with site management and central support services to develop and manage our service delivery, ensure effective operational performance, and support the customer value proposition.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy and provide excellent clinical care for our residents, while leading and supporting your team. You should have AHPRA Registration, a bachelor's degree in nursing, experience with aged care funding instruments, knowledge of accreditation procedures, and strong communication skills.
