Overview
As a Clinical Team Leader, you will work with the core care team to provide outstanding, individualised care to residents.
You will oversee a team of care staff, enabling learning, support and leadership to enhance service quality.
You will work with the General Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
Responsibilities
Lead all clinical services in line with Regis process and policy
Provide Quality Care Services and professional practice
Oversee and encourage implementation of continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services
Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time
Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators in line with the schedule
Ensure resident health records and clinical documentation are current and relevant
Observe and monitor best practice medication management guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian-recognised equivalency
Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
Previous senior clinical care experience in health, with aged care exposure
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in Australia

In this role you will contribute to care governance and quality, support your team through learning and leadership, and help deliver high-quality care that improves residents' quality of life.
Working with the General Manager, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
