**Content Creation Specialist**: Collaborate with communities, SMEs and leverage data to create high-quality content.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive content production and community growth by supporting our customer training and documentation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external community members to drive content creation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for documentation and other content.
  • Create content across various mediums, including written descriptive text and informative visuals.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency and adherence to guidelines through proofreading, editing and reviewing materials.
  • Leverage data in day-to-day decisions and support the team in turning data into meaningful information.
  • Highlight great content to inspire SMEs to engage and contribute.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback from learners and stakeholders, updating content and coordinating with team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience writing technical documentation or documentation/content for a technical audience is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), learning management systems (LMS) or community systems.
  • A degree in User Experience, Information Technology or a related field is highly preferred, but relevant technical experience or hobbies are also valued.
  • Self-driven and hands-on: Proven experience driving continuous improvements of existing content or driving gap assessments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
