Senior Planning and Building Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of professionals in the Planning and Building sector. As the Team Leader Development Compliance, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to a dedicated team of Building & Planning Compliance Officers, including specialist Audit Officers and occasional contract staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of compliance officers to deliver high-quality services to the community.
- Offer high-level strategic advice on planning and building compliance matters.
- Oversee the allocation of resources to manage Council's programs efficiently.
- Ensure the team works within documented service levels.
- Support staff in their professional development and daily tasks.
