About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our Compliance and Regulation department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance obligations and requirements.
  • Lead compliance assurance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness of compliance obligations and promote a positive compliance culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a regulated environment, such as insurance or healthcare.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk & Compliance Management, Law, or Business.
  • Strong knowledge of control responses to manage compliance obligations.
  • Proven track record in implementing pragmatic responses to regulatory issues and requirements.
  • Experience in presenting to senior management teams to explain and educate on compliance frameworks.
