We are seeking a skilled HVAC professional to join our team as an Installation Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, with a focus on providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (DUCTED, SPILT AND MULTI SYSTEMS) with precision and care.
  • Manage a small team, ensuring high standards of accountability and cleanliness.
  • Provide clear and concise handovers to clients, explaining the installation process and how to operate their new equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed and client interactions via our job management system.
  • Utilise ServiceM8 for job management and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to lead a small team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceM8 job management system is preferred but not essential.
