Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering HVAC installations safely, efficiently and to specification. You will oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to maintain a smooth project workflow.
  • Manage and supervise site teams providing clear direction and resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Monitor progress quality and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
  • Report on site performance progress and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
About The Role

As a professional with experience in commercial HVAC projects you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate site teams as well as coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for overseeing site activities ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and to specification. This involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of central plant and chiller systems along with other mechanical services and installation standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licenses.
