Heating and Ventilation Installation Manager

At our company, we are seeking an experienced Heating and Ventilation Installation Manager to lead our residential team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-tier results.

This position will drive revenue growth, coach and develop a motivated team of installers, and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and our team exceeds performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in residential HVAC installation, including diagnostic troubleshooting and service repair. They should also possess excellent business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and organizational and follow-through skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a team of installers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Coaching and developing installers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality installations and prompt issue resolution
  • Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coach and develop installers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality installations and prompt issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in residential HVAC installation
  • Master MD HVAC License holder
  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to mobilize a team of professional installers to drive team and branch results
  • Ability to provide great customer service
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a professional and courteous manner
