Our organization seeks an accomplished Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Professional to lead a team of installers in delivering exceptional service quality, meeting customer expectations, and driving business performance.

Job Description:

HVAC professionals will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. They will also be expected to foster a positive team environment, encourage collaboration, and promote continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of HVAC installers to guarantee efficient project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue growth while enhancing team productivity and motivation
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to establish business objectives and drive results-oriented initiatives
  • Monitor costs, overhead, and manpower to maintain optimal Gross Profit Margins
  • Ensure all technicians are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in residential HVAC installations, including diagnostic troubleshooting and repair abilities
  • Master MD HVAC License holder
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate a team of installers
  • Ability to mobilize and direct a team of professional technicians to achieve business goals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

Working Conditions:

  • Work is generally performed in an office setting
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • Travel may be required for training sessions and meetings
