Automotive Trade Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role
">- Developing positive relationships with key customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Analyzing customers' needs, gathering pertinent information, and opening work orders.
- Providing quotes, developing claims, preparing repair plans, scheduling work, and updating customers on repair status.
- Creating complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans based on parts and labor availability.
- Working with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments.
- Monitoring key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields.
- Experience of delivering first-class customer service.
- Care and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow service administrators to ensure smooth handovers and continuity between workdays.

- Prior experience with OHS compliance and documentation is a significant advantage.
