Automotive Parts Specialist Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing accurate technical parts support and exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by interpreting parts, processing customer orders, dispatching products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, and processing customer credits.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting parts
- Processing customer orders
- Dispatching products and parts
- Promoting specials
- Arranging buy ins
- Processing customer credits
Working Environment:
You will be working in a busy warehouse environment, and therefore, you must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, and climb. You will also have access to modern technology and equipment to ensure that you are able to perform your duties efficiently and effectively.
