As a pivotal member of our logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of automotive parts to our trade customers.

Your day will be filled with coordinating and managing deliveries, working closely with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing deliveries to trade customers
  • Building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service
  • Actively promoting products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Safely delivering automotive parts and products to our trade customers

Requirements:

  • A proactive individual who can multitask and prioritize deliveries based on their urgency
  • Possess a genuine service mindset and thrive on being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Ideal candidate has previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment and enjoys building on these relationships
