Job Title: Customer Service Leadership RoleAbout the Opportunity:

This is a supervisory role responsible for delivering high-quality service at our Sydney site. Daily operational service delivery is crucial to customer success on this busy site.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading initiatives and fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Facility Managers, Building Supervisors, and tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensuring labour rosters are adhered to and annual leave is taken in a timely manner by the team.
  • Collaborating with the admin team to ensure job requests are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Identifying out-of-scope works and providing clients with proactive site management maintenance options.
  • Maintaining quality standards, conducting site inspections, and audits using the Lighthouse reporting system.
  • Leading, motivating, inspiring, developing, and driving a performance-based culture among team members.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in directing, managing, and training staff.
  • Background in the cleaning industry.
  • Good working knowledge of safety-related issues.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Additional Requirements:** Double vaccinated at minimum, Full Australian Driver's licence preferred.
