Customer Service Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Concierge, Car Park, and Valet teams at Westfield Bondi Junction. This role involves driving outstanding customer service and enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a culture of excellence among the Concierge, Car Park, and Valet staff.
- Effectively managing team performance, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development to drive business growth.
- Analysing and evaluating customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
