This is a senior leadership role in the urban housing sector. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering tenancy management services to public housing tenants in compliance with relevant legislation and programs.

The Team Leader will provide strategic guidance and support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. This includes conducting ongoing analysis and review of client needs, implementing key reforms, and maintaining effective partnerships with service providers and government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience in staff management, high-level written and verbal communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Aboriginal tenants, clients, and stakeholders.

They will also have a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Housing Act, as well as experience in working with diverse communities.
