Lead Urban Housing Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing effective leadership and support to the Urban Housing Operations team.

As Lead Urban Housing Operations, you will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality tenancy management services to public housing tenants in compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing analysis and review of client needs and implement key reforms
  • Support staff development and training needs
  • Maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, service providers, and government agencies to deliver effective housing services and homelessness services

Requirements

You require demonstrated skills and experience in staff management, high-level written and verbal communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
