Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Structural Design Specialist.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting structural fixed plant drawings for process plant design.

A typical day will involve:

  • Producing high-quality drawings in accordance with client specifications, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Designing and drafting structures for constructability, manufacture, and material suitability.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively through drawings to engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Liaising with project personnel to ensure design coordination and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in structural design with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, skills, codes, and standards.
  • Experience in process plant structural design and materials handling.
  • Proficiency in using software such as TEKLA.
  • Full Australian working rights and relevant local experience.
