Main Responsibilities:

  4. Confirm appointments and manage patient records using dental software to maintain accuracy and efficiency.">
  5. Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries to provide seamless service.">
  6. Prepare and maintain patient files to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.">
  7. C coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.">
  8. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records to optimize cash flow.">
  9. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials to create a positive first impression.">
  10. Handle patient complaints or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner to resolve issues promptly.">
  11. Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence to maintain a smooth workflow.">
