Job Overview

The role of Operational Services Lead is a key position within an organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation: Monitor and investigate the implementation of systems to optimize resource utilization, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Staff Development: Develop and maintain staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate routine maintenance of plant and equipment, guaranteeing efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of service delivery, including cost centre management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate, collate and analyze quality activities and documentation, driving excellence in service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Aged care criminal history clearance and/or a NDIS card is mandatory for this role. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential, along with experience in operational management and staff development.
