About the Centre Manager Role

The role of a Centre Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre. This includes managing workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition according to quality standards.

This requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and work providers.

The Centre Manager will also be responsible for managing profitability by preparing and reviewing financial reports, as well as overseeing staffing levels and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workshop production to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and that repairs meet quality expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and work providers.
  • Manage profitability by preparing and reviewing financial reports.
  • Oversee staffing levels and processes to ensure efficient operations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with work providers, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
