Job Title: Enterprise Operations Centre Manager

A leading federal government agency is seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Centre Manager to join their skilled team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the Enterprise Operations Centre practice in accordance with industry-recognized frameworks such as ITIL and SIAM.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Expertise in IT Service Management v4 (e.g., ITIL v4)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Delivery or Support
  • Desirable: Relevant certifications in IT, Digital, or Business areas
  • Strong understanding of process design, particularly Lean and Kanban, as well as program/project management principles

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers
  • Ensuring that alerts and threshold limits are set appropriately to trigger incident escalations
  • Designing and automating reports and dashboards to reflect business priorities, metrics, and SLAs
  • Collaborating with teams to create automated alerting systems aimed at reducing mean time to restore (MTTR)
