Senior Paid Social Strategist

We are seeking a senior paid social strategist to lead our paid social strategy, delivery and reporting for clients.

This role will be responsible for owning all aspects of paid social strategy, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting and reporting.
  • Build full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives, platform best practices and industry trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance across platforms and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and platform reps to bring integrated, innovative ideas to clients - including Alpha/Beta opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and help drive best-in-class execution across the social team.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social planning and buying (must include hands-on buying).
  • Deep expertise across at least 4 paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, X).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong client and team collaboration skills.
  • Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a must.
