We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging paid social channels to drive measurable results and optimize campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social platforms, tracking solutions, advanced measurement, and a collaborative approach across analytics, applied science, and creative optimization to drive ROI through data-driven advertising.
What you'll do- Manage campaigns on major platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and potentially others such as Google Ads.
- Develop and implement paid digital media strategies aligned with marketing goals, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign structure.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns, covering setup, audience targeting, bid management, creative development, and A/B testing, in collaboration with CRO, Data Science, and Partner Marketing teams.
- Lead the adoption of third-party tools (FMPs, Creative Optimization tools) and work with Applied Science to develop in-house bidding and audience-based optimizations.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create and refine processes for streamlined workflows and accurate task delivery.
- Utilize CDP/1P & 3P data to create targeted audiences and enhance campaign incrementality through testing.
- Build strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions and resonate with audiences.
- Implement testing strategies across creatives, bidding, audiences, and landing pages to continually improve campaign setup and increase volume.
- Experience managing data-driven paid social marketing programs with a global reach.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive experience in growth, performance, or paid social marketing.
- Previous experience building and managing paid social/digital marketing programs.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience in tech/SaaS companies with complex conversion funnels.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive digital ROI.
- Deep understanding of tracking technologies and analytics.
