**About the Role: Health and Safety Consultant**

This is a key role in supporting organisations to create healthier, more productive environments through expert clinical guidance and hands-on consultancy.

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of delivering tailored interventions in key areas such as Fitness for Work assessments, Manual Task training and inductions, musculoskeletal injury prevention and management, and ergonomic consultancy for building design and equipment selection.

This role requires an experienced and driven clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to engage directly with clients across different industries. The individual will collaborate with a passionate team and be supported by evidence-based frameworks while having the chance to innovate and grow professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver expert clinical guidance and hands-on consultancy to support organisations in creating healthier, more productive environments.
  • Develop and implement tailored interventions in key areas such as Fitness for Work assessments, Manual Task training and inductions, musculoskeletal injury prevention and management, and ergonomic consultancy for building design and equipment selection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA registration or eligibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in manual tasks, ergonomics, workplace injury rehab, and training delivery.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and injury prevention strategies.
