Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the breakfast kitchen, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and ideas to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee documentation, including ordering consolidation and ordering sheets, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain food costs within target limits, ensuring profitability and financial stability.
Talent Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school education and diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
  • A deep understanding of culinary trends and the ability to implement them creatively.
  • Previous experience in a breakfast or brunch-focused role, preferably in a fast-paced environment or 5-star hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
