Job Overview
The Project Manager oversees the engineering team to deliver projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop organizational structures for engineering staff;
• Ensure technical aspects of contract reviews are accurate;
• Provide clear instructions to engineers through project documentation and procedures;
• Manage the validation, maintenance, and issue tracking of project equipment lists and key documents;
• Facilitate effective interdisciplinary coordination through regular meetings;
• Make necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines;
• Supervise the creation and approval of engineering deliverables and key documents;
• Contribute to project planning definition by providing milestones and requirements for engineering tasks;
• Ensure engineering activities align with project deadlines;
• Inform project management of unforeseen variations and suggest mitigation strategies;
• Ensure effective technical collaboration with client representatives and maintain open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate should have strong project management and engineering experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
