About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across various segments.


The role involves close partnership with customers, pro-active collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors, and utilizing expertise in project management methodologies and tools.


Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Project Planning: Defining scope, schedule, and budget
  • Consultation: Supporting internal stakeholders, including supply chain, engineering, and safety
  • Progress Management: Overseeing project progress, scope changes, and escalations
  • Performance Measurement: Measuring project performance and delivery
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Risk Management: Undertaking risk management and commercial diligence
  • Customer Engagement: Visiting sites and meeting with customers
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinating third parties/vendors and contractors

To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • Experience: In Project Managing in Electro-Intensive, Construction or Associated Industries
  • Communication Skills: Well-rounded communication skills, including listening and self-awareness
  • Methodologies and Tools: Current knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach with solid relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly across office, site, and remote environments
  • Education: Tertiary studies in Electrical Engineering, Trade Qualified Electrician, or similar an advantage
