Professional Training Facilitator for Dementia Care

The Professional Training Facilitator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with dementia by focusing on capability and capacity building.
This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in dementia care.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in training and education, ideally within a healthcare or residential care setting.
You'll have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role is based in Adelaide and offers working from home opportunities. Intra and interstate travel may be required.

Requirements
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- A minimum of two years demonstrated experience in the delivery of programs in a face-to-face setting and online
- Proven experience in training and education, ideally within a health care or residential care setting
- Dynamic personality with the ability to engage audiences quickly with strong rapport-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong learning agility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with training technologies and software
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Current Australian driver's licence with safe driving record and willingness to travel intra and interstate
