Job Description

The Senior Store Manager will lead and manage a high-performing team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional results in sales, profits, and brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the store leadership team to drive sales, profitability, and brand standards.
  • Maintaining ownership of store performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Utilizing market data to inform commercial decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Store Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating and demonstrating adidas Brand Values and Pacifics Retail Mission.
  • Managing an effective and efficient retail environment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Delivering specific reporting requirements and maintaining accurate records.
Talent Management

The Senior Store Manager will lead HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives while actively developing succession plans and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Customer Service and Sales Culture

The Senior Store Manager will support and coach the store management team to understand the importance of operational best practices, driving AREA, and creating a leading shopping experience for consumers.

Collaboration and Development

The Senior Store Manager will actively collaborate and share best practices with peers to support and drive retail performance, communicate a desire to learn, and seize opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
