Job Description:
Business Administration Trainee PositionThis is a 12-month full-time Business Traineeship opportunity in Melbourne. The traineeship will involve learning in the workplace and studying online.
The role will provide you with the chance to develop your skills in business administration, including event planning, internal reporting, coordination of regular safety meetings, and other tasks.
- Event planning: Organising catering, venue booking, arranging site inductions, and site visits.
- Internal reporting: Providing assistance with reporting of critical areas of the business.
- Coordination: Organising bookings for accommodation, car hire, vehicle servicing.
- Safety meetings: Assisting with the coordination of regular safety meetings.
You will have dedicated mentors to support and guide you throughout your traineeship. Regular visits from your mentor in the workplace will take place to ensure you are developing and learning the required skills.
You will also receive initial and ongoing training to ensure that your skills and knowledge meet industry leading standards and requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, punctuality, efficiency, honesty, and reliability. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
