We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our team at Fletcher Building. As a key member of our trade counter sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, and delivering customer orders around the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Work with customers to provide assistance and support, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Sales and Order Processing: Process sales and orders, prepare customer quotes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock.
  • Delivery: Deliver customer orders around the local area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Full Australian Drivers License: A current full Australian drivers license is essential for this role.
  • Forklift License: Ideally, you will hold a forklift license, but this is not essential.
  • Team Player: You will be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Intermediate Computing Skills: You will have intermediate computing skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Full Australian Working Rights: You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this role.
