About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a minimum of NV2 security clearance to lead the delivery of small projects or sub-projects that drive business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will work independently or collaboratively with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and execute projects to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as Prince II (waterfall) or Agile processes to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements

  • Minimum NV2 security clearance.
  • Strong project management background, with experience in delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
