We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Fujitsu. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Fujitsu's project management methodologies and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum NV2 security clearance.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prince II (waterfall) or Agile processes experience.
  • Understanding of government projects and infrastructure or ICT projects.
  • Technical background in network/server/data cabling or trades (such as construction, electrical, data cabling).
