Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and registering owners and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide personalized information on local attractions and activities, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience
  • Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Utilize communication equipment effectively, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Meet with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our resorts and livestream channels
  • Build rapport with customers to deliver exceptional experiences and meet individual needs
  • Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests during check-in
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, highlighting exclusive opportunities and rewards
  • Meet set targets and KPIs as determined by the business

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality position
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and familiarity with PMS systems
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
