About the Role

You will be responsible for driving the successful development, coordination, and implementation of new models of care across Seniors Communities.

This includes leading and setting up new care innovation projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource needs, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic goals.

  • Project Setup and Coordination: Lead and stand up new care innovation projects, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Develop and Maintain Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Strategic Delivery Support: Work closely with Innovation and Strategy Lead to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
  • Translation of Concepts into Actionable Plans: Translate high-level concepts into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Coordinate input from clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Implementation Readiness: Support the development of tools, frameworks, and training materials to enable implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience in Project Coordination or Management: Experience coordinating or managing projects in aged care, health, or human services.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Organizational and Documentation Skills: Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to Work Across Multiple Projects and Priorities: Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Desirable Exposure to Aged Care Reform: Desirable exposure to aged care reform, dementia care, or palliative care.
