About the Role

The Head of Junior Years is responsible for executing strategic directions across pastoral care, co-curricular events, and house in the Junior Years. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong partnerships between parents, students, and teachers.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students and their families across the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Junior School staff and R-6 student population of 450 in delivering a holistic education.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum programs, future-ready capabilities, and contemporary pedagogy appropriate for the primary sector.
  • Collaborate with R-12 Director of Teaching and Learning, Head of Middle and Senior Years, and R-12 Assistant Head of Student Wellbeing in relation to their portfolios.
