Part-Time Retail Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Expert to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will require flexibility to work fixed weekly days/hours covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Leading by example and role modeling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while inspiring store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Developing and coaching team members to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
